These terms govern your use of ApplyBandit. By creating an account you agree to them. This is a product summary, not legal advice.

Auto-prepare, never auto-submit

ApplyBandit prepares applications for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and submitting each application yourself, in your own browser session. ApplyBandit does not submit applications to SEEK or other job boards on your behalf, and you agree not to use it to circumvent any job board's terms of service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ApplyBandit lawfully, to provide accurate information in your applications, and not to misuse company monitoring. Monitoring is rate-limited and respects robots.txt.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed via our payment provider. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Plan limits are enforced as described on our pricing page.

Risk acknowledgement

You acknowledge that applying for roles carries no guarantee of outcome, that you are the applicant of record, and that you remain responsible for the accuracy and submission of every application ApplyBandit helps you prepare.
