Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and how we protect it. It reflects the actual posture of the product, not boilerplate.

What we collect

Profile details you provide (including sensitive fields like work-rights status), your résumés, the companies you monitor, the roles we surface, and the applications you prepare. We process this only to deliver the service.

How it's protected

Every record is isolated to your account with database row-level security and encrypted at rest. Sensitive data (e.g. visa details) is minimised in any AI prompt — we send only the fields a task needs, never raw identifiers we don't require.

Retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can export all of your data (JSON) and delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data; deletion is a hard cascade that removes your rows and stored files and cancels monitoring — it leaves no residual data.
