<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">We're looking for a finance professional who genuinely enjoys making systems work better. This is a hands on role for someone who wants to shape how a growing organisation uses its ERP, not just maintain it.</p>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">You'll be joining a large, fast growing organisation with a national footprint and a strong focus on community and customer experience. The business is investing seriously in its systems and processes as it continues to scale, with two new system migrations planned over the coming months.</p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Becoming the go to Finance expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, helping teams get the most out of finance modules, workflows and reporting</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Playing a key role in two upcoming system migrations, helping ensure a smooth transition and strong data integrity throughout</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Working closely with Finance and Technology to spot opportunities for improvement and deliver system upgrades that actually make people's jobs easier</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Cutting down manual work, spreadsheets and rework by building smarter, more automated processes</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Improving financial controls and data integrity through better system setup, approvals and master data practices</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Helping build out reporting across Dynamics, Power BI and other tools</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Supporting finance users through change, so new processes actually stick</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Flagging system and process risks early, with practical recommendations to fix them</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfort with change and ambiguity; you like fixing things, not just flagging them</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">CA or CPA qualified</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Around 5+ years in accounting, finance systems or finance transformation</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hands on experience with Dynamics 365, ideally through an implementation or systems maturity project, highly regarded</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check</li>
