The opportunity
At Netwealth, we're trusted by some of the country's most influential financial advice businesses.
As our next Senior Training & Relationship Manager - Strategic Accounts, you'll be the person helping those businesses make one of the most important transitions they'll ever undertake.
You'll partner with major institutional clients from the moment they choose Netwealth, guiding them through onboarding, training, implementation and long-term success.
You'll work alongside our Strategic Account Managers and collaborate with teams across Product, Operations, Legal and Compliance to create seamless experiences for some of our most valuable clients.
One day you might be delivering training to an entire adviser network. The next, you'll be leading a complex platform transition, solving challenges alongside senior stakeholders, or helping shape solutions that influence the future experience of our strategic clients.
You'll become a trusted adviser, project manager, educator and relationship builder all rolled into one.
What you'll be doing
- Leading onboarding and implementation programs for strategic institutional clients.
- Delivering engaging training sessions, workshops and webinars that build confidence in Netwealth's products and services.
- Managing large-scale transitions from competitor platforms to Netwealth.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring client needs are understood and championed internally.
- Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and becoming a go-to expert for strategic accounts.
- Supporting business growth by helping win, onboard and develop new strategic partnerships.
You'll thrive in this role if
You genuinely enjoy building relationships and influencing outcomes.
You're equally comfortable presenting to a room full of advisers, managing a complex project, or working behind the scenes with internal stakeholders to solve problems.
You bring strong financial services experience, understand the advice and platform landscape, and love helping clients get the most from the solutions they use. Experience working with key accounts, stakeholder management and RG146 compliance will set you up for success.
Why Netwealth?
We're a business that backs curious thinkers, courageous decision makers and people who genuinely care about delivering exceptional outcomes.
Our values of being Collaborative, Agile, Genuine, Optimistic, Curious and Courageous underpin everything we do.
If you're looking for a role where you can influence major client relationships, drive meaningful change, collaborate with talented people and help shape the future growth of one of Australia's leading wealth management platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
