<li><strong>Modern full-stack environment:</strong> Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, Golang, Kafka, React, Next.js, GraphQL, CI/CD, and scalable distributed systems.</li>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions in alignment with project requirements and company standards.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Optimise existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Actively engage in hands-on coding and development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to effectively communicate technical concepts.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Innovate within the team by pushing for improvements and driving constructive changes to enhance team performance and efficiency.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Provide technical guidance and mentor mid level engineers in the team.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.</li>
<li>6-7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.</li>
<li>Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role (Go, PHP and React/NextJS).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of code architecture and design principles.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders</li>
<li>Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies to grow as a full-stack engineer.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Senior Software Engineer in a large-scale product company</li>
<li>Experience building web applications and debugging production applications</li>
</ul>
