<div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol"><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Coordinating the underwriting of commercial loan applications.</li>
<li>Conducting bank statement analysis and financial statement analysis.</li>
<li>Providing in-depth detailed analysis of financial statements, industry risk, and credit risk.</li>
<li>Presenting deals to Credit Committee (i.e Executives, Credit Risk, Finance etc) with a comprehensive understanding of the risk and associated mitigants in each transaction, as well as providing a strong recommendation on the proposed outcome and offered insight to upper management regarding credit decisions.</li>
<li>Preparing clear, thorough and informative credit papers for each application.</li>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 to 5 years underwriting / Credit analyst experience required</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field desirable but not necessary</li>
<li>Previously held a DLA (delegated lending authority)</li>
<li>Experience in commercial lending</li>
<li>Experience with business financial documents such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, AR/RP</li>
<li>Strong credit risk acumen and commercial judgement</li>
<li>Experience with property secured lending is advantageous</li>
<li>Familiarity with personal and company credit reports, ASIC searches, and other various background information</li>
<li>Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Highly organised and ability to follow processes</li>
<li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Ability to interact professionally with management, sales, and business owners</li>
<li>Experience in a high-pressured environment working to deadlines</li>
