<p>Prospa is seeking a Senior Risk & Controls Lead to play a critical role in lifting our first line risk capability. This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with leaders across Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Finance and People teams to build sustainable risk and control disciplines that support growth.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk & Legal, you'll be instrumental in driving Prospa's operational risk and controls maturity uplift. You'll focus on strengthening business ownership of risk, enhancing control effectiveness, establishing a practical first-line assurance approach and embedding a culture of accountability across the organisation.</p>

<ul>

<div>5+ years' experience in operational risk, risk & controls, business assurance, internal audit or risk transformation</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Hands-on experience conducting RCSAs and facilitating risk workshops</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Strong knowledge of control design, control testing and control effectiveness assessments</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Demonstrated experience implementing or operating first-line assurance programmes</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Process mapping and control framework development experience</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and constructively challenging business decisions</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>The ability to balance commercial outcomes with sound risk management practices</div>
</li>
