Principal Product Manager - AI Platform

You'll lead our AI infrastructure and Front-End Core teams, setting the guardrails every product team builds on, and proving it out on our biggest re-platform so far.</p> <p class="p2"><strong>Why join our Product?</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Hybrid working model</li> <li class="li3">Competitive salary, benefits, and everyday discounts</li> <li class="li3">In-house Talent Development team to prioritise personal and career growth</li> <li class="li3">Cross-functional collaboration</li> <li class="li3">Hands-on learning opportunities and workshops for continuous upskilling</li> </ul> <p class="p4"><strong>How you will add value</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Own the strategy and roadmap for hipages' AI infrastructure layer, such as agent harness, context architecture, evaluation tooling, and institutional knowledge systems.</li> <li class="li3">Define the patterns and guardrails that other product teams plug into for AI work, holding the quality bar across memory, context, prompt structure and evaluation.</li> <li class="li3">Unify app logic across our Homeowner and Business apps, and drive consolidation to a single CMS on our unified design system.</li> <li class="li3">Embed automated quality gates across CI/CD and drive adoption of E2E testing, delivering faster, more reliable releases.</li> <li class="li3">Link performance metrics to business KPIs, building observability, performance budgets and app health metrics tied to real outcomes.</li> <li class="li3">Build machine-readable, AI-ready front-end architecture and champion our Toolbox AI Native Design System and MCP server.</li> </ul> <p class="p4"><strong>About you</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">8+ years in Product Management, including cross-functional teams shipping production software in SaaS, marketplaces or B2C digital environments.</li> <li class="li3">Strong commercial and technical acumen, with critical thinking under ambiguity.</li> <li class="li3">A systems thinker who considers the wider ecosystem, dependencies and long-term consequences, rather than just individual components.</li> <li class="li3">Data-informed, you build evaluation into delivery rather than treating it as an afterthought.</li> <li class="li3">A track record with AI in a real production environment, such as agent tooling, prompt and evaluation systems, or data source connections.</li> <li class="li3">Technically credible enough to hold your own with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.</li> <li class="li3">Highly desirable: experience with legacy decoupling/replatforming, mobile and front-end product work (React Native a plus), or large-scale CMS migrations (Storyblok or similar).</li> </ul> <p class="p4"><strong>Life at hipages</strong></p> <p class="p3">We're more than just a workplace.
