At Sitemate, engineers combine strong technical craft with product thinking and delivery ownership. You'll work in small, high-trust teams alongside Product Design Managers to define problems, shape solutions, implement clean and scalable systems, and take responsibility for what ships — including how it behaves once live. Engineering, product, and delivery are not separate handoffs here; they operate as one integrated team. Senior engineers will pair with you, review your work, and invest in your growth - but you'll have real ownership from early on. You'll work across frontend, backend, and mobile: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, and AWS. You don't need to know all of these, willingness to learn matters more than what you know today. Two things make engineering different here: - You'll develop a product mindset. Instead of just working through tickets, you'll start understanding why features matter to customers. Engineers here are closer to the problem than at most companies; your work has context and meaning from day one. - You'll build with AI from the start. We're moving toward agentic engineering where engineers define what to build and orchestrate AI agents to construct it. As a junior here, you'll develop AI-first habits that most engineers won't learn for years.   🔧 DAY-TO-DAY - Build and ship features with guidance from experienced teammates. - Work with AI tools daily, with the team's workflow skills for planning, implementation and review. - Fix bugs and improve product stability across web and mobile. - Investigate and resolve production issues. - Grow into more ownership over time, this role expands as you do. ✨ WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - Structured development from day one.
