The Role At Megaport, we don’t just do networks and compute - we change what’s possible in those industries. Our automated infrastructure powers businesses all over the globe, and we’re on the lookout for a Director of Marketing Operations with a knack for translating tasks into clear outcomes. This is a critical role within the marketing department, overseeing the globally distributed Marketing Operations team. You will be responsible for setting the strategy and direction for the team, and supporting the wider marketing department through advancements in technology and tooling. You will be someone who is comfortable working in the tools of a modern marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, static sites, etc), and you are keen to kick things into warp speed with AI agent swarms, multi-agent orchestration, model chaining and MCP integrations. This is a role for someone who loves building, moving fast and adapting to new ideas regularly. Someone who sees problems early, takes action, and keeps everyone pointed in the same direction.
