You’ll take ownership of complex design initiatives from discovery through to delivery and iteration, shaping how users interact with loyalty programs, incentives, and engagement features.</p> <p data-start="553" data-end="876">You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to define success metrics, evaluate post-launch impact, and continuously improve experiences based on insights.
